First of all, our show doesn’t consist in sitting and watching how a professional chef prepares the paella dish and serves it for you, but we put all means for you to make it yourself while following the indications of our monitor. Worry about nothing, we will provide any means you may need: the proportions of ingredients, the hearths and every necessary piece of cooking equipment. A professional will guide you step by step, indicating not just what to do but also why.
During this activity you’ll receive a masterly lesson about the origin of this tasty recipe, worldwide famous and one of the symbols of the Spanish culture. What’s the best rice variety to prepare it, what’s the best wine to accompany it or what are the alternative recipes of it are just but few of the secrets that you will know now.
This excursion includes the transportation in bus round trip from Puerto de la Cruz or Playa de las Américas and it takes place every Wednesday at 11:00 am. Explanations are mainly given in English and German, and (optionally), if you tell us with anticipation, we may include them in other languages.
Once the paella is finished, you’ll be able to taste it while enojoying a wonderful flamenco show. Also, we will give you a recipe, a certificate and a photo album for you to always keep this memory.
